Flow Yoga is Fitness First's exclusive brand of Yoga especially designed for the health club market and environment. This program comes in 5 formats to suit all participants regardless of fitness level and experience.

Fitness First is recognized as an Internationally registered yoga club with certified yoga instructors. All Flow Yoga classes are 60 minutes in duration and combines Asanas (postures), Concentration techniques (Meditation) and breath work (Pranayama).

Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is a slower paced, flowing class that synchronises movement with breathing. Focusing on relaxation and stress release, this class is ideal for those new to Yoga and exercise, pregnant participants, and those seeking a gentler workout.

Experience new heights of athleticism with this challenging fast paced class which uses a series of advanced poses and inversions to build physical and mental strength. Previous participation in Dynamic Flow is recommended.
