  Yoga
Revitalise the whole body and mind with this ancient discipline. Controlled breathing techniques and stretching postures are held to ease muscle tension, stress and increase flexibility. Relaxation included.
 
  Abs n Back
Series of exercises focusing on the midsection to tone, film and strengthen the abdominals and lower back for better posture and stability.
 
  Tai Chi
This ancient art will develop your internal energy or chi. Slow graceful movements will improve posture, mobilize joints and increase flexibility.
 
  Aqua
Aerobics and muscle conditioning exercises using the resistance and buoyancy of water.
 
  Body Conditioning
All over body workout designed to strengthen and firm
up muscles, using a combination of hand weights and
floor work, with bursts of cardio exercises to elevate the heart rate.
 
  Yogalates
A movement system that combines yoga and pilates. Yogalates is a strenuous technique that involves the stretching and strengthening of all the body's major muscle groups, creating a slender, streamlined shape rather than bulk. It enhances posture with its main focus being to strengthen the core postural muscles where the abdominal, lower back, pelvic floor and buttock muscles meet.
 
  Cardio Funk

  Cosmic Cycling/Riding High

  Hi-Lo Starter
Recommended as an introduction to Hi Lo classes, as all the major moves you will find in a Hi Lo (mixed impact) routine are broken down and taught here.
 
  Hi-Lo Athelic
A moderately choreographed aerobics class of high and
low impact moves to fast paced music. The emphasis is on energy and big, straightforward movements. You'll burn lots of calories here.
 
  Hi-Lo Moves
A more highly choreographed and complex mix of high and low impact moves for advanced participants who like a challenge beyond the physical.
 
  Belly Dancing
Get the blood moving with an invigorating total body warm-up. Easy movements, drawn from Middle Eastern Dance, will inspire (and work) your heart and body. Variations will be shown to help accommodate your desired level of impact and cardiovascular challenge. Your whole outlook will change when you shake, shimmy, and undulate.
 
  Cardio Dance
For all the dancers in us! Come enjoy an exhilarating cardiovascular challenge that incorporates fun, easy to follow dance moves with some of your favourite music.
 
  Wushu
A style of martial arts incorporates stunning aerial & tumbling techniques. Graceful & precise movements will increase strength and flexibility, stronger bones and joints, increased stamina energy, better co-ordination and balance, and weight loss.
 
  Hip Hop
A "hang loose" dance class with "attitude." Street, rap, funk, and grunge - it's all here.
 
  Interval Training
Alternating relatively short segments of high-powered cardio activity like running and jumping with more isolated muscle conditioning movements.
 
  Jazz
Stylized, flashy, broadway style class with a showbiz dance troupe feel.

It's an aerobic class made up of athletic movement patterns with no stress on the joints. One foot stays in contact with the floor at all times to ensure a safe, effective cardio workout without impact.

Series of floor exercises systematically put together to develop strength and flexibility, with particular focus on the supportive muscles of the trunk and torso.

Dance class based on moves and music that date back to the disco of the 70s and the electronic phenomena of 80s music. Mirror balls, disco lights, glitz & glam, you'll be able to sing along to well-known old favorites as you move to

An introduction to the raised step platform for new participants. This class teaches all the basic moves that make up a Step routing. This will really help set you up for success before venturing into a more challenging Step

Straight up and strong step training routines with a focus
on big, athletic, full range movements and fairly simple exercise combinations.
 
  Step Moves
A highly choreographed Step routine with lots of
intricate combinations and direction changes. For
advance participants.
 
  Stability Ball
A Pilates-style strength and stability class using a large fitball, both for support and to challenge balance and core control. The result is greater intensity in muscle contraction and deeper stretches.
 
  Nike Rockstar Workout
The perfect blend of athleticism and self expression, giving participants the opportunity to burn heaps of energy and also make a bold statement of personal liberation through the way they move. All the moves are the latest and greatest, pulled straight out of the best and most recent music videos. It's all about celebrating the joy of movement and "letting it all hang out" in a "no holds barred" kind of way. The moves lean towards the hottest new hip hop and latin styles.
