I have a problem in achieving a slim and ideal body because eating is something I enjoy very much. Aerobics did not help me trim down or get good results. Inspite of my attending three to four times a week, I even gain weight.
One day, my niece asked me to come to Fitness First, since she’s a member. I inquired about membership and since then became an active member.
Meeting new friends encouraged me to attend regularly. After lifting weights and with my personal trainer Sarah, I would always go to the cycling studio since it’s fun to be with a group of cyclists. I joined and won as Best in RPM outfit in the RPM Marathon three times - Oct. 26, 2009, Dec. 19, 2009 and Jan. 25, 2010. I received compliments in my success of losing weight. I vow to continue attending Fitness First because of the tremendous improvement it gave me. Imagine now, from an extra large size to medium. That’s me! |
