When I first got to the Philippines I continued my lifestyle of heavy binge drinking and eating deep fried and fatty foods. I decided to join Fitness First and try and get into shape. I saw a nutritionist and started getting personal training sessions.
Currently I'm running 5km every morning before breakfast and doing weights training 4 nights a week, and continuing my healthy eating habits. Now I'm finally feeling good about myself and I want to get even better results, and push myself that little bit further.
