Members can avail of a Fitness First Referral Program card from January 3, 2012 to June 30, 2012. Stickers may be obtained from the Front of House Manager or Front of House Supervisor of the member's home club from this period.
Members must present the Referral card to the Front of House Manager or Front of House Supervisor after a successful referral joins and becomes a new member to get a sticker.
One sticker is awarded for each successful referral. Successful referral details should be indicated at the back of the card. Each new member can only be referred once. Any duplicates will be deemed invalid.
A Referring Member then completes the required number of stickers to qualify for the redemption of any of the chosen referral gift item.
Only one (1) card will be issued to each member at any one time. Any lost cards will be forfeited and will not be replaced. Should the lost card be found, a member can only combine a maximum of 2 cards.
Once all stickers are completed, varying from the referral gift item of choice, member submits the Referral card to the Front of House Manager to redeem the referral gift item. Referral card cannot be combined with another card from a different member.
To redeem a referral gift item, this card must to be completed legibly and in full with redemption date, acknowledgement signature from FOHM or FOHS.
8. Transferring of stickers to obtain the required number of stickers will render all cards null and void.
Redemption of the referral gift starts February 1, 2012 up to July 31, 2012, at your Home Club. All used up cards must be surrendered.
This promotion is available to members of Fitness First Philippines only. This promotion is not available to Fitness First staff.
Fitness First reserves the right to amend, change or remove any of the gifts/items at any time and without prior notice. In the event any redeemed referral gift items cannot be fulfilled, Fitness First will substitute them with referral gift items of equal value.
Referral gift items are subject to stock availability and may change without notice.

The deadline for referral is June 30, 2012. All referral stickers must be collected by July 15, 2012 or they will be forfeited.
Timex watches will be delivered to the clubs within 45 days after verification and submission of referral card to FOHM or FOHS. All other referral gift items will be delivered to clubs within 15 days, subject to availability.
Unclaimed items 60 days from the promotion will be forfeited.
