It is the role of the Service Consultant to promote the products and services of the fitness club while ensuring smooth coordination of front desk services and other customer related activities.

· Actively promote and conduct personal training to members
· Facilitate Group Fitness classes
· Conduct floor cover and attend on the cleanliness and safety with regards to gym etiquette
· Run the reception area smoothly by practicing customer experience excellence
· Provide sales support to Sales and Fitness teams administration

experience / qualifications
· Work experience in sales and or customer relations.
