Fitness First Platinum RCBC will be relocating to Fitness First Ayala Avenue in Ayala North Exchange Building. The decision to transfer was made to consolidate our portfolio within the Makati area and Ayala North Exchange was chosen as an ideal location.

The relocation process will begin in August 7, 2023. The transfer of selected equipment will take place in phases during off-peak and club closure hours. We will close our doors in Fitness First RCBC on September 1, 2023.

Fitness First Ayala Avenue is located at the 3rd floor of Ayala North Exchange Building, just across the street from RCBC Plaza. Members may take the underpass going there. Parking is also available for our members.

It will be a premium club but don’t worry, RCBC Platinum club members will have the option to lower their monthly membership rates.

Yes, we will automatically transfer your membership package to Fitness First Ayala Avenue and your membership dues will be lowered to the equivalent premium rate, or remain unchanged for Platinum Passport members. If you wish to change your membership type, kindly approach our staff in updating your membership profile.

Fitness First RCBC will remain operational until August 31, 2023. However, selected classes and equipment will be transferred to Ayala Avenue starting August 7. So, while you can still workout in RCBC, we encourage you to visit Ayala Avenue club already.

Yes, we will grant free access to all Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness clubs until August 31 if you find it more convenient

Most personal trainers will relocate to Fitness First Ayala Avenue and you can resume your sessions there starting August 7, 2023.

You may start conducting your PT sessions in Fitness First Ayala Avenue starting August 7, 2023. Any member who won’t be relocating needs to complete their remaining PT Sessions at RCBC. 

Yes. Selected classes will be transferred to Fitness First Ayala Avenue so you can experience the new location.

Your membership will automatically be transferred to Fitness First Ayala Avenue. If you prefer to discontinue your membership, you need to submit a cancellation request up to August 31, 2023. We will not require the standard 30 days’ notice to cancel. Members may cancel via sending an email to the club or request to process it at the reception.

Yes, operating hours to Fitness First Ayala Avenue will be 6am-9pm from Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm on weekends. This includes Sundays!

Yes, Ayala North Exchange provides parking to their visitors. Rates will follow Ayala North Exchange rates at Php50 for the first 3 hours and additional Php30 for every hour in excess.
