WHY ARE YOU CLOSING THE CLUB?
The decision to close SM Megamall is one that required much consideration from a lot of factors – from sustainability to investment decisions. After much deliberation, we have decided to continue with our investments with the 10 remaining clubs across Metro Manila.
When will the club be closed?
Our last day of operation at SM Megamall will be on March 31, 2023. The club will shut its doors on April 1, 2023.
Will there be more closures?
We will also be closing our SM Megamall branch in March 1, 2023. We wish to assure you that we remain fully committed to our business. We will continue to assess our strategic position and the performance of every other club and make necessary decisions to safeguard the viability of Fitness First Philippines.
How can I facilitate with a club transfer?

As a premium club member, will there be a Platinum upgrade offer?
As a valued current member, we are offering an exclusive preferential rate to upgrade to a Platinum membership. You may discuss this further with our staff in our Help Desk or our Member Support Team.
What can I do to my membership when the club closes?
We would love to see you continue with us; thus, we have crafted our Best Option Offer to you to facilitate an easy and convenient process.
What will happen to my regular group fitness instructors and personal trainers? Will they be transferred to other clubs?
We will be retaining as many staff as possible within our network of clubs.
What will happen to the Group Exercise Classes that I am participating in?
We will be offering the same Group Exercise Classes in other clubs. If you wish to retain your slot in the class of your preferred Group Exercise Instructor, please do let him/her know to inform us of your intent.
What if I cannot complete my remaining Personal Training (PT) sessions before the club closes?
Please feel free to speak to our Member Support Team on transferring your remaining sessions to your new club.
What if I do not wish to continue my membership at another club?If we do not hear from you regarding a transfer to another club in our network, we will automatically cancel your membership on the March 1, 2023.
