4. Yes, you can buy a Fitness First membership as a gift. Just visit your local Fitness First club and speak with a membership consultant to learn more.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have temporarily ceased to allow access to members wishing to enter using the International Passport privilege until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we look forward to advising when international fitness passport privileges can be restored.
First, select your preferred Home Club. You can then customize your MyFit plan and pick your preferred group fitness classes, club access level, commitment length, and Personal Training add-on. Once you have filled in your details and made payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your membership details.
At the moment, we except payment via credit card only. All monthly recurring payments will be made via your registered credit card.
MyFit plan is fully customizable to fit your needs. You can choose the group fitness classes that interest you or pick your club access levels. You can also opt for a Personal Training add-on to complete your fitness experience.

BECOMING A MEMBER
If you are not yet a Platinum member, we recommend that you upgrade to enjoy the best fitness experience. For your convenience, you can avail of our towel and workout kit service in our Platinum clubs for a minimal fee, however this is currently unavailable as an enhanced safety measure against COVID-19.
We also offer a special Personal Training package add-on at 50% off the normal package price, only valid upon joining.

To join you must be 14 years old and above. Members under 18 will need to be supervised by a member who refer the minor when using the club facilities. All membership agreements for children under 18 years of age need to be authorized and signed by a legal guardian.

BEING A MEMBER
Bringing of guests is currently not allowed due to the COVID-19 situation. This is an extra precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our members and staff.
Yes, you can. We call our hold option - freeze. At Fitness First, we believe that exercise is a lifelong habit. That is why when it comes to freezing of your membership, it will only be for medical reasons or outstation/ overseas assignments for a minimum of 1 month with written notice. For further information, Please email our Member Services Team so we can process your request. A freeze fee will be charged.
f you have to cancel your membership, please email our Member Services Team so your request can be processed. You will be required to give one calendar month's notice from the first day of the month of the next month. You may do this at any time after the end of your minimum contract period.
Your membership card gives you access to the lockers. Please note than lockers are only available for use during your workout and will automatically open when the club closes in the evening. While care is taken to ensure the security of our lockers, we can't accept responsibility for items lost or damaged through theft or misplacement. For further assistance, please speak our reception team in the club.
Yes, we always have a number of first aiders on duty. In an unlikely event that someone is injured, there are also first aid boxes located at reception.
Our fitness team is always there to help answer your questions if you get stuck. Feel free to approach any trainer on the floor should you need assistance.
For the safety of the children and members, children are not allowed in the club.
Don't panic. Our fully trained team will tell you what to do and guide you to safety. If the alarm stops after a short time, it was simply a false alarm or a test.
We welcome your feedback and we want to hear about ways we can assist you with any concerns you may have. Please have a chat with one of our club staff. If you would prefer to speak with club management, please let our reception team know. If they aren't immediately available, the reception team will ensure you are contacted by them as soon as possible.
